The spring season through the ages has brought a bountiful cycle of growth, rebirth, and new beginnings. With the flowers in full bloom from a winter’s slumber, and the briskness of springtime rainfall bringing forth the blossoming of bountiful greenery, the spring season has always been emblematic of new beginnings and the creation of new life – a perfect time for wedding videography and cinematography. And for our videographers and cinematographers here at SDE Weddings®, Toronto’s premier wedding videography, cinematography, and photo-booth group, the springtime wedding of Neshmi & Sadat was a wonderful and unforgettable event for us to film; a true commemoration of the meaning of springtime and its message of new beginnings and bountiful blessings. Neshmi & Sadat held their truly wonderful springtime wedding day on May 6th, 2017 just this previous year in an absolutely remarkable wedding day ceremony and celebration held at Toronto’s landmark Palais Royale ballroom and dance hall, just along Toronto’s iconic harbourfront, with an interlude held at the historic Knox College at the University of Toronto, all excellent venue choices that made for excellent wedding day footage for our videographers and cinematographers. With a classical theme, breathtaking wedding day venues, and a heartfelt love to commemorate on a truly special day, filming Neshmi & Sadat’s wedding day for our videographers and cinematographers was an absolute delight from start to finish, with our highlight reel full of spectacular memories from a wonderful day. So join us as we recall some of our most treasured memories from Neshmi & Sadat’s unforgettable springtime wedding day, and immerse yourself in one of our videographers and cinematographers’ most prized springtime weddings.
“Remember to reinvent yourself, rediscover each other, and fall in love over and over again.” This precise piece of advice is one that we here at SDE Weddings, Toronto’s premier wedding videography, cinematography and photobooth group, would share all throughout the world, to every single bride and groom to be. And we couldn’t be happier that such a perfect message was said so succinctly during our work with such a perfect pair, Marco & Carolina, on their very special wedding day just this past spring on a bright and beautiful Saturday, May 9th 2015 with a ceremony and reception held at quite familiar locations for us, St. Paschal Baylon Catholic Church and the ever luxurious Grand Luxe Event Boutique. Marco & Carolina, a young couple who share professions as chartered accountants, had prepared the perfect set-up for their perfect day, and with our videography, cinematography and photobooth services here at SDE Weddings, the dearly beloved duo certainly ‘accounted’ on us to catch every ideal scene, every sentimental moment, and all that could ever be memorable from their stunningly beautiful wedding day through our videographers’ and cinematographers’ lenses. And even more enterprising than it seemed, Marco & Carolina had also requested for both our premier photobooth for their after-ceremony celebration and our special name-sake service of a same-day-edit to be played as a parting gift to close such a magical day. So join us in recalling the wonderful time our videographers and cinematographers had with Marco & Carolina on their doubly-wonderful wedding day.

Spring has sprung anew, and with the turning season comes a time of growth and renewal, and turning a new leaf. So amidst the spring season’s renewing sunshine and gorgeous greenery, we here at SDE Weddings, Toronto’s premier wedding videography, cinematography and photobooth group, were particularly excited to play a part in a budding moment in the lives of Annemarie & Andrey, who held their wonderful wedding just this April 25th, 2015 with a solemn ceremony at Etobicoke’s Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Slovenian Catholic Church and a beautiful reception at the Oakville Conference and Banquet Centre. Indeed, a steadfast dedication to one another is a quality that typified Annemarie & Andrey, who – at the time of their wedding – had been together for all of eight years, eight months and two days; a stunningly accurate figure communicated through the couples’ wedding letters. And as so the saying goes, ‘time flies when you’re having fun’. Such a sentiment truly exemplified by Annemarie & Andrey; to quote Andrey’s beautiful words to his bride-to-be, “it feels like yesterday when we met, now we’re getting married.” Truly, it’s no small task to not be moved by such a touching memory caught on film, and for such a unique couple, our videographers and cinematographers had nothing but the utmost pleasure in working with such a dynamic duo. From our specially made ‘Same-Day-Edit‘ to an entire day’s worth of special shots and scenes cut and captured by our videographers and cinematographers from sunrise to the very last dance at midnight, every matrimonial memory a complete delight to capture.

In and amongst a figurative oasis far removed from the desert of the city, us here at SDE Weddings, Toronto’s premier wedding videography and cinematography company, were proud to play a part and be witness to the wedding of Ellie and Justin, whose special day drew plentiful edifying parallels to the history and continuity of the Jewish people. In a modern Jewish Wedding renewal ceremony set in the urban oasis of Fantasy Farm Banquet Hall & Event Centre alongside Toronto’s landmark Don River and Don Valley, Ellie and Justin were wed on April 13th 2014, only a day before Passover, the Hebrew ‘Pesach’, a day which remembers the fight and flight of Moses and the Israelites from the hands of the Pharaoh well over three thousand years ago. It is hence a testament to the power and aura of the Jewish peoples’ spirit, burning ever brightly like a solemn candle in torrential winds, that Ellie and Justin’s story is but a kindling fire born from that same spirit which has persisted for these many a millennia. Akin to Judaism in midst of modernity, Ellie and Justin’s ceremony is both a celebration of life and faith for the Jewish people, but also an acknowledgement of the power of life and faith to overcome adversity in the world. A touching message which our videographers and cinematographers had hoped to fully capture in our work throughout the day.
