The autumn season is the perfect time of the year for turning over a new leaf. With the changing colours of the autumn leaves and the cooling summer wind giving way to the briskness of fall, the autumn season brings with it some of the coziest atmospheres for couples to hold their wedding day, and some of the most impressive wedding day videography and cinematography of the year. That’s why for us here at SDE Weddings®, Toronto’s premier wedding videography, cinematography, and photo-booth group, the autumn season wedding of Nicki & Andrew was an absolute delight to film, and its highlight reel and wedding film and utmost pleasure to produce. Nicki & Andrew held their truly breathtaking autumn season wedding day on September 24th, 2016 just last year in a rustic themed wedding arrangement – ceremony and celebration in full – held at The Gambrel Barn and Country Heritage Park in Milton, a first foray for our videographers and cinematographers to this exquisite countryside venue. And what a delight it was! The rustic theme of the wedding coupled with the autumn season’s scenery amidst the impressive Ontario countryside created a truly sentimental and heartwarming atmosphere from start to finish for Nicki & Andrew’s wedding day. So join us as we recall some of our most treasured memories from Nicki & Andrew’s truly special day, and have a look at one of our videographers and cinematographers’ most favoured autumn season weddings.Read More
Rather seldom does SDE Weddings’ photobooth staff travel to the frontiers beyond the comfortable confines of our familiar Toronto landscape, but Lien and Stanley’s wedding celebration at Lincoln Ontario’s Ball’s Falls Conservation Area just west of St. Catherines beckoned us 104 kilometres and 2 hours of travel away from our comfort zone, and what a unique experience it was! The pastoral charm of a wedding feast along the wide and open countryside is something rare for our city-dwelling videographers, cinematographers and photobooth staff to take in, but beyond the novelty of it was something simply wonderful. The wedding itself, quite apt to a setting beyond the beaten path, took on a rather ‘DIY’ atmosphere, with Lien exquisitely crafting and arranging the chandelier, lighting, decorations and overall design of her own wedding celebration. Undoubtedly an impressive feat to say the least. Our photobooth staff too had a chance to shine creatively with custom designed photostrips fashioned in the form of a film reel. Apart from that, the many smiling scenes of Lien and Stanley’s family and friends was what truly made the evening shine for everyone. Immerse yourself in these precious wedding day memories with a few of our favourite preview photos below.
