Toronto Same Day Edit Wedding Video at Grand Luxe

“Remember to reinvent yourself, rediscover each other, and fall in love over and over again.” This precise piece of advice is one that we here at SDE Weddings, Toronto’s premier wedding videography, cinematography and photobooth group, would share all throughout the world, to every single bride and groom to be. And we couldn’t be happier that such a perfect message was said so succinctly during our work with such a perfect pair, Marco & Carolina, on their very special wedding day just this past spring on a bright and beautiful Saturday, May 9th 2015 with a ceremony and reception held at quite familiar locations for us, St. Paschal Baylon Catholic Church and the ever luxurious Grand Luxe Event Boutique. Marco & Carolina, a young couple who share professions as chartered accountants, had prepared the perfect set-up for their perfect day, and with our videography, cinematography and photobooth services here at SDE Weddings, the dearly beloved duo certainly ‘accounted’ on us to catch every ideal scene, every sentimental moment, and all that could ever be memorable from their stunningly beautiful wedding day through our videographers’ and cinematographers’ lenses. And even more enterprising than it seemed, Marco & Carolina had also requested for both our premier photobooth for their after-ceremony celebration and our special name-sake service of a same-day-edit to be played as a parting gift to close such a magical day. Nick + Tanya | Toronto Greek & Portuguese Wedding Videographer | Grand Luxe

For Tanya and Nick, two best friends at the prime of their lives, the consummation and culmination of their years of friendship in a perfect wedding day was a journey far from simple status quo. Something we here at SDE Weddings, Toronto’s premier wedding videography and cinematography company, can well enough relate to. Tanya, a spirited Portuguese brunette; and Nick, whose namesake is short form for the Greek ‘Nikolaos’ meaning ‘victory’ reflects his heritage succinctly, met just short of eight years ago as young university students at a pivotal crossroad in both their lives. The two served as a source of support for one another, through thick and thin, and would soon develop an insurmountable bond that stood steadily through many of life’s tests. Such a bond would endure another hurdle on May 24, 2014, in the form of their final moments as mere friends and their first as husband and wife. In a dual ceremony alternately held at St. John Bosco Church and All Saints Church celebrating both Roman Catholic and Greek Orthodox religious tradition respectively, Tanya and Nick faithfully accepted each other’s call to be one another’s soul-mates and partners in the path of life. Tanya and Nick’s fateful first evening as newlyweds would finalize in an all-inclusive luxury reception at Bayview’s aptly named Grand Luxe Event Boutique, and all the many timeless memories of the evening were captured by our videography and cinematography crew in among the most elegant and simply stated weddings we’ve filmed thus far. Grand Luxe Wedding Photobooth Photos Toronto | Kristin + Andrij

As the old saying goes, “third time’s the charm”, and nothing can be more charming than for us here at SDE Weddings, Toronto’s premier wedding videography, cinematography and photobooth company, to be called back again for our third event of the year at the luxurious Toronto’s Grand Luxe event boutique. This time, our assigned task was for a photobooth service, our second at the venue, specially set up for Kristin and Andrij’s wedding celebration on Friday July 18th, 2014 just a few days ago. From the custom masquerade props, funny hats, and plentiful props, Kristin and Andrij’s wedding guests undoubtedly could not contain their excitement in being given a chance to get creative in front of the camera. Of course, a few guests in the pictures below didn’t need any props at all to get clever with their photobooth printout ideas. All in all, in between the wide eyed shots of the whole family and the classier shots of co-workers in their best attire, there was plenty of fun and silliness in between. You can spot more of Kristin and Andrij’s guests and their on-camera antics with the preview gallery below.

Toronto Filipino Wedding Videographer | Anna + Christian | The Grand Luxe

For the few of us who are lucky enough in life, “love at first sight” is something a bit more than just whimsical fantasy. We at SDE Weddings, Toronto’s premier wedding videography and cinematography company, through our work with many couples on their wedding day, believe however that fate and love are more intertwined than what it seems, and “love at first sight” is not that hard to believe. For Anna and Christian’s co-workers, the moment the two were introduced may have been another day going through the rounds in the infirmary, but for Anna and Christian both, it was a little more profound than that. The millisecond moments when their twin glances had crossed paths would seem like an immemorial portrait of time standing still, giving birth to a whole universe born out of nothingness. Things would soon swiftly spiral for the two, and the northern constellations would find themselves aligning favourably for Christian, when during an intimate Christmas evening under a shimmering tree, Christian finally proposed to Anna and the two would share a many-minute long interlude of a deluge of tears before Anna would finally speak her hearts’ true intentions, “I waited a really long time for you.”. The idea of a person’s premonitions about life and love coming to fruition is something truly wonderful, and one of the greatest motivators for our work.
